Client Story: A Small Business Puzzle

Sitting around the boardroom table, the team apologised to me for the "lacklustre" story they needed to tell. The more questions I asked, the more intrigued I became.

The Brief: Bring life to a small business story providing equipment to less abled and elderly across New Zealand. Website. Brochure. Advertising material.

The Tone: Empathetic, genuine, honest, trustworthy, professional

The Result: Together we transformed the Goldfern Mobility story from clinical to personal. One project led to another and soon my copywriting services were required for their suite of businesses - The Vining Group.

The Feedback: "She did a bloody good job. Trista helped us tell our story in a new refreshing way, becoming a short term member of our team and taking our website from a distribution of impersonal facts to a genuine reflection who we are."

This brand was more than the product they sold. It was easy for me to see the rich story in the people behind the brand - even if they couldn't see it themselves.

It soon grew a puzzle to solve - how can we showcase their three unique businesses and industries? A family business serving three unique businesses and industries, tied together by family, golf, and a rich history in the ManawatÅ«.

How did we tell their story in a clear, concise, relevant manner? Read here The Vining Group.
