About Burn Bright & Co.
From an early age, I was captivated by the world of stories.
My childhood was filled with books, writing contests and an abiding love for the library. I eagerly devoured every story driven by an insatiable curiosity about the world and the people in it.
Today, that same curiosity fuels my work as a storyteller.
I thrive on helping small business owners share their unique narratives. When I see their eyes light up as they discuss their journey, it ignites a spark in my own mind—an ember that drives me to craft and share their stories.
My process is a blend of creativity and strategy. I think about words, audiences, and story structure, considering everything from SEO keywords to tone of voice. For me, it's not just about writing; it's about uncovering and highlighting the essence of each story to make it resonate.
While some might call it nerdy, I see it as the art of storytelling.
I love it so much, I have made it my job to help others see the value in their own story and to communicate it in a way that truly shines.

Connect. >>
First, I listen. This is an easy conversation where we chat about who you are, what makes you tick, what want to say and whether I can help.
Collaborate. >>
Next, we work together to help you find, write, and refine the story you want to share and how you're going to share it.
Communicate.
We wrap up your words in your tidy lil' package and share them with the world!
So, what's my story?
An American-born-Kiwi-by-marriage, I'm a communications specialist who studied Communications, Leadership, and Marketing at Whitworth University.
A study abroad programme at Massey University (Manawatu) led to a chance bus stop encounter with a handsome kiwi pilot and a permanent immigration adventure three years later.
Following a move across the ocean, this dairy farmer's daughter received a crash course in the New Zealand Wool industry, where I supported multiple companies in telling their story. As a mother of two young boys I'm currently navigating the fine art of complex lego builds, front yard football and bike jumps.
Homemade apple pie, Mexican food, chocolate chip cookies and coffee are my preferred fuel of choice.

Who is "& Co."?
You. Me. Us.
Though Burn Bright is currently a one wo(man) marching band, I want to be known for gathering a parade of quality people as I go.
Connect + Collaborate + Communicate is more than just a strategy for writing your story. It's a mode of operandi for building a thriving community of people around me.
